All-In Connections currently accepts profiles for incarcerated individuals located in Washington State. Visitors, applicants, and participants must be at least 18 years old.

All-In Connections is a platform that allows incarcerated individuals in Washington State to share a profile and seek friendship, encouragement, communication, and meaningful connection with adults in the outside community.

The platform also provides resources, educational information, marketplace opportunities, community conversations, and support for families affected by incarceration.

All-In Connections is not limited to dating. Individuals may be seeking friendship, correspondence, emotional support, shared interests, mentorship, or a possible romantic connection.

Each person should clearly explain what type of connection they are seeking in their profile.

Website visitors and participants must be at least 18 years old. Profiles are currently limited to incarcerated individuals located in Washington State.

No. All-In Connections is an independent business and is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by the Washington State Department of Corrections.

No. All-In Connections cannot guarantee friendship, romance, messages, responses, visits, continued communication, or any specific result.

Participation is voluntary for everyone involved.

Profile Questions

Information for incarcerated individuals, family members, friends, and representatives submitting a profile.

A profile may be submitted by the incarcerated individual, a family member, a friend, or another authorized person.

The person submitting the profile should have permission to share the incarcerated individual’s photographs and personal information.

Requested information may include:

  • Full name
  • Washington DOC number
  • Facility
  • Age
  • Height and weight
  • Religion or spiritual beliefs
  • Interests and hobbies
  • What type of connection is being sought
  • Arrest date
  • Projected release date
  • Biography of up to 250 words
  • Up to four photographs

A profile may include up to four photographs. Images should be clear, appropriate, and submitted with permission.

Yes. The biography should be no more than 250 words. It should describe the person’s personality, interests, goals, values, and the type of connection they are seeking.

Yes. Updated photographs, contact information, facility information, release dates, and biography details may be submitted for review.

Additional fees may apply depending on the type or extent of the requested update.

Yes. A removal request may be submitted by the incarcerated individual or an authorized representative.

All-In Connections may request identifying information before completing the removal to help prevent unauthorized requests.

Pricing and Payment

The Request a Connection service is currently $29.99.

This service allows an adult to submit information about the type of person they are seeking. It does not guarantee a match, response, friendship, or romantic relationship.

Payment options may include:

Do not send cash through the mail.

The profile term generally begins once payment has been received, the required information has been submitted, and the profile has been reviewed and published.

Request a Connection

Information for adults who want to share what type of connection they are seeking.

This service allows an adult to submit information about themselves and the type of incarcerated individual they may be interested in communicating with.

Information may include preferred gender, age range, interests, personality, location, race preference if relevant, and the type of connection being sought.

All-In Connections may identify profiles that appear to fit the preferences submitted, but it does not guarantee compatibility or make personal decisions on anyone’s behalf.

Each person is responsible for reviewing available information and deciding whether to begin communication.

Information submitted through a Request a Connection form is reviewed before any use. Sensitive contact information should not be publicly displayed without permission.

Only provide information you are comfortable sharing for the purpose of the service.

Communication and Securus

Learn how to contact an incarcerated individual and what role All-In Connections plays.

Communication may be available through approved Washington DOC methods such as Securus messaging, telephone calls, postal mail, or approved visits.

Follow the facility’s rules and use the incarcerated individual’s correct name and DOC number.

No. All-In Connections is not affiliated with, operated by, or endorsed by Securus Technologies.

All-In Connections does not manage private Securus accounts or monitor private conversations between participants.

Communications through correctional systems may be monitored or reviewed under facility and service-provider rules.

All-In Connections maintains a business Securus account that may allow incarcerated individuals to contact the business directly, subject to facility rules and approval.

Safety and Privacy

Important information about protecting yourself and making informed decisions.

All-In Connections may review publicly available information, but visitors should not assume that every statement, photograph, or detail has been independently verified.

Users are responsible for conducting their own research and making informed decisions.

  • Do not immediately share your home address, financial information, Social Security number, passwords, or account information.
  • Take time to learn about the person before making commitments.
  • Verify information through reliable public sources.
  • Keep clear boundaries regarding money, gifts, visits, and personal information.
  • Stop communication if you feel pressured, threatened, manipulated, or unsafe.

Sending money is a personal decision and is never required by All-In Connections.

Do not send money because of pressure, threats, promises, guilt, or urgent stories that you cannot verify.

Stop communication if needed and preserve relevant messages or records.

Contact the appropriate correctional facility, service provider, or law enforcement agency when necessary.

All-In Connections is not an emergency service. Call 911 for an immediate emergency.

Refunds and Cancellations

Information regarding profile fees, service fees, and removal requests.

Fees may become nonrefundable after work has begun, including profile creation, editing, administrative processing, promotion, publication, or other service preparation.

Review the Refund Policy for complete information.

No refund is guaranteed based solely on the number of profile views, messages, likes, responses, or connections received.

All-In Connections provides profile and promotional services but cannot control whether another person chooses to respond.

A voluntary profile removal does not automatically qualify for a refund. Completed work and time already used remain subject to the Refund Policy.

All-In Marketplace

Questions about artwork, handmade products, memorial items, gifts, and incarcerated creators.

The All-In Marketplace highlights products and creative work such as artwork, beaded jewelry, tumblers, mugs, gift baskets, memorial keepsakes, customized gifts, and items created by incarcerated individuals or community sellers.

No. Some products may be made by incarcerated creators, while others may be customized or provided by community-based sellers.

Product descriptions should identify the creator or type of seller when applicable.

Visit the Marketplace page or contact All-In Connections with the item, preferred design, quantity, budget, deadline, and delivery information.

Custom orders may require payment before production begins.

All-In Conversations

Learn about the conversation series, featured topics, and guest opportunities.

All-In Conversations is a growing discussion and educational series focused on incarceration, relationships, family impact, reentry, healing, faith, trauma, leadership, business, justice, and community change.

Potential guests may include formerly incarcerated individuals, family members, advocates, business owners, faith leaders, legal professionals, educators, service providers, community leaders, and people with relevant lived experience.

Episodes, interviews, event recordings, or announcements may be shared through the website and selected social media or video platforms as they become available.

FREE the REAL Foundation

Information about the future nonprofit vision connected to the larger mission.

The FREE the REAL Foundation is a future nonprofit vision focused on supporting incarcerated individuals, formerly incarcerated individuals, families, youth, and communities affected by incarceration.

Planned focus areas include education, mentorship, advocacy, family support, healing, leadership, youth prevention, employment readiness, entrepreneurship, and reentry.

No. The FREE the REAL Foundation is still in development. Programs, services, volunteer opportunities, and nonprofit operations are not currently active unless specifically announced.
