All-In Connections is committed to being clear and transparent about payments, services, marketplace items, and refund requests.

All-In Connections Refund Policy

At All-In Connections, we strive to provide meaningful connection opportunities, marketplace products, and services with care and professionalism. Because many of our services involve time, review, preparation, profile creation, promotion, custom items, or limited inventory, refunds are handled according to the policy below.

Profile Listings

Profile listing fees are non-refundable once a profile has been submitted for review, created, updated, published, promoted, or prepared for posting. This includes 6-month listings, 1-year listings, renewals, and additional connection listings.

Request a Connection Services

Request a Connection fees are non-refundable once the request has been submitted, reviewed, researched, processed, or worked on by All-In Connections.

All-In Marketplace Items

Some items shown in the All-In Marketplace may be samples, prototypes, custom items, or limited-availability products. Customers are encouraged to contact All-In Connections before purchasing to confirm availability, pricing, customization options, and shipping details.

Custom or Personalized Products

Personalized, custom-made, special-order, or made-to-order items are non-refundable once production, ordering, customization, or preparation has started. Refunds may only be considered if the item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If a physical product arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact All-In Connections within 7 days of delivery. Photos of the item, packaging, and order details may be required before a refund, replacement, or exchange is considered.

Digital Products and Services

Digital products, downloadable materials, digital services, profile-related work, promotional materials, and completed service work are non-refundable once delivered, emailed, posted, started, or made available.

Cancellations

A cancellation request may be considered only if the service, profile work, marketplace order, or custom item has not yet been started, processed, ordered, prepared, or completed. Approved cancellations may be eligible for a partial or full refund at the discretion of All-In Connections.

No Guarantee of Connection

All-In Connections provides a platform for visibility, connection opportunities, and outside support. We do not guarantee that a connection, friendship, relationship, response, message, or ongoing communication will occur. Fees are for listing, processing, marketplace items, and service-related work, not for guaranteed results.

Refund Review Process

All refund requests are reviewed individually. Submission of a refund request does not guarantee approval. All-In Connections reserves the right to deny refund requests that do not meet this policy.
