What is All-In Connections?
All-In Connections is a Washington State-based platform that helps incarcerated individuals connect with people on the outside for friendship, support, companionship, and meaningful communication.
Who can use All-In Connections?
All-In Connections is for adults 18 years of age or older. Our connection profiles are focused on incarcerated individuals in Washington State.
Does All-In Connections guarantee a relationship?
No. All-In Connections provides visibility and connection opportunities, but we do not guarantee responses, friendships, relationships, communication, or long-term connections.
How do I contact someone listed on the website?
Visit the person’s profile, review their information, and follow the approved communication instructions. Most communication is handled through Securus and approved Washington DOC communication channels.
How do I ask about a specific profile?
Please visit the Contact page and include the profile number or name in your message, such as Profile #AIC-003 or the person’s full name.
How much does it cost to add a profile?
Current profile listing options include a 6-month listing for $29.99, a 1-year listing for $49.99, and a 1-year renewal for $29.99.
What payment methods are accepted?
All-In Connections currently accepts Chime, check, and money order. Payment instructions will be provided when applicable.
Are fees refundable?
Certain fees may be non-refundable once review, processing, profile creation, promotion, customization, or service work has started.
What is All-In Marketplace?
All-In Marketplace features custom products offered through All-In Connections and items created by incarcerated individuals, including artwork, beadwork, custom gifts, keepsakes, and more.
Are all Marketplace items available right now?
No. Some items may be available now, while others may be prototypes, samples, custom-order items, limited inventory, or future product ideas. Please contact us for current availability and pricing before sending payment.
Does All-In Connections provide legal services?
No. All-In Connections does not provide legal services, case review, legal research, transcript review, records collection, or post-conviction services.
Legal/case-support related matters should be referred to Consulting for Success LLC.
How do I add someone to All-In Connections?
Visit the Add a Connection page and complete the profile submission form. You may submit up to 4 photos and a bio of up to 250 words.
What if I do not see someone I want to connect with?
You may submit a Request a Connection form and share what type of connection you are looking for.
