Agreement to These Terms

By accessing the website, submitting information, purchasing a service, requesting a connection, or using All-In Connections, you agree to these Terms and the linked Privacy Policy, Refund Policy, and Disclaimer.

Eligibility and Service Area

• You must have authority and permission to submit photographs, profile information, artwork, or other content.
• You may not use the services where prohibited by law or correctional-facility rules.

Description of Services

All-In Connections offers profile creation and listing, promotion, profile renewal, connection-request review, premium promotional support, marketplace inquiries, informational resources, and related administrative services. Service descriptions and prices may change.

Profiles and User Submissions

You are responsible for ensuring submitted information is accurate, lawful, current, and not misleading. You grant All-In Connections a nonexclusive, royalty-free license to format, reproduce, publish, display, promote, and distribute submitted content as reasonably necessary to provide the selected service.

We may edit submissions for length, grammar, formatting, safety, professionalism, or compliance, and may reject or remove prohibited content.

Acceptable Conduct

• Do not harass, threaten, exploit, stalk, deceive, impersonate, or pressure another person.
• Do not use profiles or contact information for fraud, extortion, trafficking, contraband, financial exploitation, or unlawful activity.
• Do not bypass correctional communication rules or facility policies.
• Do not upload malware, scrape the website, interfere with security, or publish private information without authorization.

Payments, Fees, and Renewals

Fees are due before work begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Listing periods begin when the profile is published unless another date is confirmed. Renewals are not automatic unless specifically disclosed and authorized.

Communications and Introductions

All-In Connections may pass along information showing genuine interest or provide available profile information in response to a request. Each person decides whether to communicate. Users are responsible for verifying identities, protecting personal and financial information, following facility rules, and making safe decisions.

Marketplace Terms

Marketplace products may be handmade, customized, limited, or created by independent individuals. Availability, color, dimensions, materials, appearance, and production time may vary. Final details and pricing should be confirmed before payment.

Intellectual Property

The website design, branding, logo, original written content, and organization belong to All-In Connections or its licensors. You may not copy, republish, sell, or create derivative commercial materials without written permission.

Suspension or Termination

We may restrict, suspend, refuse, or terminate access or services when reasonably necessary for safety, nonpayment, inaccurate information, policy violations, legal concerns, or facility restrictions.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, All-In Connections is not liable for conduct, promises, communications, payments, gifts, losses, injuries, crimes, scams, emotional distress, or disputes arising between users, incarcerated individuals, families, creators, buyers, or third parties.

Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by Washington law. Before filing a claim, the parties should make a good-faith effort to resolve the concern in writing. Any court proceeding must be brought in a court with proper jurisdiction in Washington State unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms. Revised Terms apply to future website use and purchases after posting.
